Hollywood “Rolls Out” for Opening of Transformers Ride at Universal Studios
Transformers: The Ride 3D just opened at Universal Studios Hollywood, and California Life’s Audra Stafford was there for the star-studded opening ceremony!

Stars like UFC Champ (and former Dancing With the Stars contestant) Chuck Liddell, Holly Robinson Peete, and The Office’s Oscar Nunez walked the red carpet and shared their experiences on the ride with media from all over the world.
Then it was time to “prepare for battle.”
In a spectacular live stunt show, Autobot leader, Optimus Prime and Autobot Bumblebee joined General Morshower to command the arrival of the All-Spark, via an army of Freedom Fighters, rappelling soldiers and armored brigade as Megatron, the evil leader of the Decepticons, enlisted his warriors to rage havoc in an attempt to destroy the world! (The Autobots, of course, WON!)
Then the announcement was made, “Transformers: The Ride 3D is now officially open,” and everyone (including me!) got a chance to go on the ride, no lines, no waiting!
Transformers: The Ride 3D is a technologically advanced, motion-based, flight simulator thrill ride designed to immerse guests in the 3D-HD action-packed world of Transformers. Featuring pulse-pounding excitement, the ride propels guests along 2,000 feet of ride track, where they are surrounded by 14 gigantic screens, many fully enveloping them at heights of 60 feet.
For a sneak peek at the ride, and to hear what the stars are saying about it, be sure to watch California Life, airing statewide and online at www.californialifehd.com!
