More pets get lost on the 4th of July than any other day of the year. In addition to keeping them inside, in a safe, secure place during fireworks displays, the ASPCA reminds you to:
*Never leave alcoholic drinks unattended where pets can reach them
*Not apply any sunscreen or insect repellent product to your pet that is not labeled specifically for use on animals
*Not put glow jewelry on your pets, or allow them to play with it
Pets are members of the family, so you want to make sure they’re well fed and have their own comfortable bed. But sometimes those beds get covered in hair and retain static that give our pups a shock.

Using the Downy Ball when washing your pet’s beds, towels and blankets can help prevent static. All you do is fill it with fabric softener and toss it into your washer.
