It may not feel like it in Southern California, but Fall has officially arrived!
Fall isn’t just a great time to enjoy a pumpkin-flavored latte or butternut squash soup. With the holidays right around the corner, it’s also a great time to take a family photo.
Brenda Colwell, a photographer in Telluride, Colorado, recently posted some great tips to help make your portrait the best it can be.
Among her suggestions, keep makeup light, natural and fresh, and avoid clothing prints or styles or shoes that are too obviously trendy, because they will date your portraits.
Brenda also recommends you get a good night’s sleep and drink plenty of water the night before, to reduce puffy eyes.
