The 6th annual Napa Valley Film Festival concluded on Sunday and this year was bigger than ever!

Opening Night of the six-day festival, which highlights independent films with world class wine and food, kicked off with screenings of Dev Patel’s “Lion” and Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey’s highly anticipated film “Gold.”

McConaughey was also honored with the Caldwell Vineyard Actor Maverick Tribute for his outstanding performances in the film industry throughout his career.

Thursday was dubbed the “starriest” night of the festival as Access Hollywood’s Natalie Morales hosted the other celebrity tributes for Lee Daniels, Kurt Russell, Viggo Mortensen, Chloë Grace Moretz, Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell.

Other popular screenings over the weekend included “Captain Fantastic,” “Burn your Maps,” and “Strike a Pose.”

The weekend ended with the celebratory festival gala followed the by the awards ceremony.
