Everything You Need To Know About The L.A. Auto Show

With more than 60 new vehicles on display, including world and North American debuts, we take you inside the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show to show some of the highlights.

“You’re going to see a wide swath of vehicles here. You’ve got the typical L.A. cars that are very common for the show going back decades, which are these performance, fun-oriented cars like the i8 roadster version of the BMW sports car and now the ZR1 roadster of the top-performing Corvettes,” Karl Brauer, from Kelley Blue Book, explained.

But what caught many fans by surprise is that consumers are leaning more towards SUV’s. “The QX50 from Infiniti is really fascinating because it’s got great styling and it’s an SUV that’s in that popular midsize category that everyone’s buying,” Brauer said.

In the past, SUV’s were hardly anyones top pick in cars, but today, they are taller-riding, more cargo efficient cars that still let you sit up high and still have that flexibility in terms of carrying people or cargo.
