This week on California Life, Molly Sims is opening up about her struggle to slim down post-pregnancy.
The model, actress and humanitarian says, despite a consistent exercise regimen and healthy diet for months, there were still a few areas of her body that she just could not whip back into shape.
Then she tried CoolSculpting. The procedure is FDA-cleared for the non-invasive treatment of visible fat bulges in the submental area, thigh, abdomen and flank.
“I chose CoolSculpting because it was a completely non-invasive way to help me get rid of stubborn fat that remained after having a baby,” Sims said. “Also, because there was no downtime, I was able to resume my everyday activities immediately after treatment.”
Sims had the procedure twice on her abdomen and saw results a few weeks following the procedure. After several months, she was able to fit into her pre-baby clothes again.
The CoolSculpting craze is a favorite of many busy celebrities who swear by the FDA approved non-invasive procedure. Celebrities who have publicly professed their loved for the fat-freezing weight loss experience include Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston among a long list of health oriented figures.
