Simple ways to de-stress your skin

We all know that stress is bad for us. It messes up our sleep, destroys our diet and can contribute to a number of health problems, including high blood pressure and heart disease.

Stress can also do a number on our skin, causing rashes, breakouts and even fever blisters.

Kiehl’s also offers products geared at addressing both the short-term visible signs and long- term premature aging effect that stress can have on skin. The Skin Rescuer contains Rosa Gallica Botanical Extract to help minimize skin’s visible response to stress.

To learn more about it, check out our story below, airing statewide this week on California Life.
