Demi Lovato was asking $8.995 million for her Hollywood Hills home that she had on and off the market for the last two years. It just sold for $8.25 million. The 5,500-square-foot contemporary home on three floors with four bedrooms and seven baths is located on one acre. She paid $8.3 million for the home in 2016.
David & Victoria Beckham’s Fab Miami Penthouse
David and Victoria Beckham recently closed on a full-floor, new Miami penthouse designed by Zaha Hadid. The glam couple spent $19.8 million on the One Thousand Museum condo which was one of Hadid’s last designs before her death in 2016.
