What’s New at the Meritage Resort and Spa & Vista Collina Resort

There is a variety of new offerings at The Meritage Resort and Spa and its sister property, Vista Collina Resort, in Napa Valley. While the resorts have thankfully been spared by the recent wildfires, the Meritage Collection’s first concern is the safety and well-being of local residents, visitors and first responders.

For those displaced by the wildfires, both resorts are offering 30% off the best available rate and waiving resort and pet fees. Thanksgiving To-Go
: Skip the messy kitchen and purchase a decadent premade Napa Valley Thanksgiving meal. The menu includes classics like turkey and mashed potatoes, as well as the option to add an impressive seafood plate or local Napa Valley wines. Orders must be placed before Sunday, November 22nd. Meals will be available for pick-up at Fivetown Grocery on Thanksgiving Day.
Thanksgiving at Olive & Hay: Enjoy Thanksgiving at Olive & Hay for a classic American meal with an Italian twist. Enjoy Executive Chef Vincent Lesage’s seasonal favorites include an all organic Diestel turkey, Tuscan fall soup, decadent desserts, and more. Olive & Hay is open from noon – 5 PM on Thanksgiving Day. 
Additionally, we’re thrilled to share that Napa County has allowed for additional re-openings to happen at the property. See below for new changes:

  • The Fitness Center is now open at 25% capacity
  • Olive & Hay can seat guests indoors with an occupancy of 50% (outdoor dining is also still readily available)
  • Crush can seat guests indoors with an occupancy of 50% and bowling has once again resumed, with a reduced number of lanes. Additionally, games like billiards, shuffleboard, etc. are now permitted with one household at a time.
  • Tasting rooms can can seat guests indoors with an occupancy of 25% (outdoor tastings are also still readily available)


Tree Lighting Ceremony:
On Dec. 4, guests can kick off the holiday season the Napa way with The Meritage Resort and Vista Collina’s official tree lighting ceremony. To make this year extra special, the properties will be presenting a donation to Napa County First Responders, who have helped local residents during the wildfires and the COVID-19 pandemic. 
Family Holiday Photo Session: This fall, guests will have the opportunity to book a holiday photography session for a hassle-free shoot on property during their stay. Enjoy a 20-minute holiday photography session with a local Napa photographer for the family (including pets) with the hillside vineyards or Vista Collina lawn as the backdrop. Guests will receive 5 digital prints and each session costs $150 (Available on bookings 10/1-12/14, with a minimum two-night stay).
Crush Reopening: The Meritage Resort’s popular lounge, Crush, will be reopening on Oct. 16, fully decked out for Halloween! Please note, due to Napa County restrictions, the bowling alley and games will remain temporarily closed, but the lounge will be open for lunch and dinner service. Crush will also be hosting a Halloween-themed trivia night on Thursday, Oct. 29.
