Country Music’s Biggest Night @CMAs 2021!

Luke Combs won entertainer of the year at The 55th Annual CMA Awards and Chris Stapleton took him six trophies including male vocalist of the year. Chris Stapleton proved why Adele called him her “dream collaborator” with his soulful performance with Jennifer Hudson.

Country music’s biggest night was hosted by American Idol judge Luke Bryan LIVE from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on ABC.  All eyes were on Carrie Underwood after her side-eye reaction to Luke Bryan’s ‘immunized’ joke went viral.

Carrie Underwood performed the hit love song “If I Didn’t Love You” with Jason Aldean, but one of the sweetest performances was four-time CMA Awards nominee Gabby Barrett singing her chart-topping hit “The Good Ones” with her husband Cade Foehner playing guitar.  They met on American Idol and he’s been supporting her rise to country stardom.

Another show-stopping moment was Mickey Guyton’s empowering performance of her song “Love My Hair” featuring Brittney Spencer and Madeline Edwards all rocking natural hair.  They were introduced by a young girl Faith Fennidy who inspired the song after being sent home from school in Louisiana because her braided hair violated school policy.

Jimmie Allen’s and Carly Pearce both got emotional  after winning best Male and Female Vocalist.

Brothers Osborne won Best Vocal Duo and T. J. Osborne kissed his Boyfriend on his way to his acceptance speech after coming out earlier this year.

New Artist BRELAND and HARDY, performed with Dierks Bentley as well as Thomas Rhett, Keith Urban also performing on the CMA stage.
