SUVs took center stage at this year’s LA Auto Show. Jason Rzucidlo takes us there, where more than 60 new vehicles are making their world or North American premiere at the 2018 LA Auto Show. Ford’s premium brand Lincoln unveiled their 2020 luxury SUV. The promotional video featured music by Korean boyband BTS. Hyundai showed off their 2020 Palisade, the flagship SUV. It comes with comfortable seating for 8 or more, USB ports and a hands-free smart lift gate. Kia showed off three different models of its all-new 2020 Soul, including a bright yellow plug-in electric model.
Jeep took the wraps off their 2020 Gladiator pickup truck. It was called one of the standouts of the LA Auto Show. The Gladiator will be made at the Jeep Factory in Toledo Ohio. It’s 100% truck 100% Jeep so it is all truck all the time as you can see. It has open air capability, with the tops off. There’s two hard tops and a soft top. The windshield folds down it features aluminum paneling on the hood. The windshield surrounds the fender flares in the truck bed side the truck bed itself is made of steel and a
tailgate.
Michigan-based, Ian debuted their 1st all-electric pickup truck. It will offer a 400 mile range with DC fast charging
capability. It’s difficult to know where to start so this is an all-new pickup truck that will be available in the United States in 2020. It is built in the United States designed, in the United States and engineered here, fully American.
car there were several celebrities at his year’s LA Auto Show Hollywood actor Chad McQueen and his team from McQueen Racing made a special appearance at the 2018 LA Auto Show. He announced the start of production for the official Steve McQueen edition Bullitt Mustang. Chad is the only son of the late Hollywood actor Steve McQueen, who raced a 1968 Bullitt Mustang in the popular chase scene of the movie titled, “Bullitt”.

McQueen Racing is a company we started a couple years ago and I come every year, you know to see what’s new. It’s just nice to be here. It’s nice to have a car that I’m proud of you know.
