Las Vegas Pizza Expo 2021

The International Pizza Expo returned to the Las Vegas Convention Center! Pizza, sausage, gelato, and cake are just a few of the samples provided at the expo.

The expo had live cooking demos and store vendors providing samples. One such vendor was EDDY Foods, a smoke meat and sausage manufacturer based in Texas. They have national distribution through all the major suppliers and have full coverage across the United States. By coming to the expo, their goal was to get pizza companies to think outside of the box and consider putting meat on their pizzas.

Violife also made an appearance at the expo in attempt to show off how good their cheese tastes on pizzas. The vegan alternative provides a lot of different cheese options, like feta, provolone, parmesan, and cheddar.
