Locale’s Chef Antonio Votta, for instance, has a special emphasis on seasonal and regionally-sourced ingredients. Prior to joining Locale, he was the Executive Chef of The MINA Test Kitchen, Chef Mina’s namesake R&D lab, where he developed and tested menus

In addition, Viejas is a great meetings and events destination. It has more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including scenic open-air and outdoor venues, ballrooms, nine meeting rooms, a dedicated meeting concierge, a full business center and exquisite catering menus.
