Cruising the Caribbean is a breeze on Carnival‘s third and last dream-class ship, the Carnival Breeze.

The massive ship is longer than three football fields and features 130,000 tons of fun on the high seas, especially for families.

Children are very much a part of today’s vacation experience. Carnival has recognized this and designed ships that are not only entertaining and relaxing for adults, but also for kids.

USA Today named the Carnival Breeze one of the top 10 cruise ships sure to please kids, thanks to family-friendly features like the Waterworks water park that includes twister and racing slides. The ship also has its own ropes course including 20 different bridges and 10 different platforms.

Alongside the ropes course you’ll find a jogging track and outdoor gym overlooking the ocean, which is why the Breeze also made USA Today’s list of the best cruise ships for fitness junkies.

The ship also has multi-purpose sport courts so you can play basketball, volleyball or soccer. It also features a mini-golf course that is set on two levels. There are many different activities for friends and family to come together outdoors and have a great time.

The Carnival Breeze also offers a variety of dining options. There is a burger joint designed by celebrity chef Guy Fieri, a steakhouse, and a Mexican cantina. The Breeze even has its own beer, the Thirsty Frog Red which is served up at the Red Frog Pub.

Great ambience isn’t only found in the restaurants, there are also a variety of entertainment options sure to please all ages.

For a good laugh check out the Punchliner Comedy Club presented by George Lopez or enjoy a musical revue by Playlist Productions like “The Brits”.

From the staterooms to the adults-only area “Serenity” to the Cloud 9 Spa, the cruise is an easy, enjoyable vacation.

The ship leaves out of Miami and offers six and eight-day Caribbean cruises.
