LOS ANGELES – The 35th Annual Producers Guild Awards was a night of star-studded fun! The event took place at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Los Angeles and recognized many entertainment icons, as well as influential figures in the television & film industry. 

The event kicked off with some comedy, introducing the frequently asked question, “What does a producer do, anyway?” and concluded with some of the year’s biggest names in television & film taking home the top honors. 

The night’s top honorees included Oppenheimer, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, American Symphony, Succession, The Bear, and Netflix’s Beef, all taking home the top honors and various awards for outstanding production!

The event recognized some of the most influential entertainment icons and producers, with Martin Scorsese taking home the David O. Selznick Achievement Award in Theatrical Motion Pictures, Gail Berman winning the Norman Lear Achievement Award in Television, and Charles D. King being honored with the Milestone Award in Theatrical Motion Pictures. 

PGA Presidents Stephanie Allain and Donald De Line also announced an exciting initiative aimed at ensuring health insurance benefits for every full-time and qualified producer working in the television & film industry. They also revealed some of the companies taking part in this landmark initiative, such as Blumhouse, Legendary Pictures, MACRO, and Berlanti Productions

From the exciting red carpet festivities to the bustling award show and cocktail reception, the night proved to be a success from start to finish!
