The Los Angeles Dodgers will open the 2020 season tonight with a nationally-televised game on ESPN against the San Francisco Giants at 7:08 p.m. PT. Opening Week presented by Bank of America continues with games against the Giants on Friday (6:40 p.m. televised on SportsNet LA), Saturday (1:10 p.m. on FOX) and Sunday (7:08 p.m. on ESPN).

Pregame will be streamed on Dodgers social media, where fans can watch live player introductions and special ceremonies, which include gospel singer Keith Williams Jr. performing the national anthem.

SportsNet LA will have extended pre- and postgame shows, with coverage beginning at 5:30 p.m. John Hartung, Orel Hershiser and Jerry Hairston Jr. will anchor pregame coverage from the studio, with Alanna Rizzo reporting live from Dodger Stadium and Ned Colletti contributing remotely. SNLA will broadcast its first of 55 regular-season games on Friday, and the network is now available to Spectrum, AT&T TV, DIRECTV, U-verse TV and AT&T TV Now customers in Southern California, Las Vegas and Hawaii.

Pregame coverage also begins at 5:30 p.m. on AM 570 LA Sports with a 90-minute pregame show leading into its game coverage. Today’s game can also be heard live on KTNQ 1020 AM (Spanish) and Radio Korea 1540 AM (Korean).

Based on the health circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic along with governmental directives prohibiting large gatherings, Dodger Stadium will be unable to host fans at the start of the season. Fans looking to have a presence at Dodger Stadium can still purchase a Fan Cutout, with net proceeds benefitting the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation. To date, the club has sold over 5,000 cutouts and raised over $850,000 for the Dodgers Foundation. Fans can continue to purchase cutouts – for themselves or their dogs – at Dodgers.com/FanCutouts.

Dodger Stadium remains closed to the public, but fans are still able to order team gear for curbside pickup. Fans can browse merchandise on Instagram (@DodgersTopOfThePark) or on DodgersShop.com, and call 323-224-2621 or e-mail topofthepark@ladodgers.com to place an order. Upon arrival at the designated pick up zone, a team store employee will load purchased gear into vehicles for full contactless delivery.

The Dodgers’ 60-game season includes 10 games against each divisional opponent and Interleague matchups against the American League West’s Angels, Astros, Athletics, Rangers and Mariners. The full schedule can be found at Dodgers.com/schedule.
