How the Purple Heart Foundation is Serving All Veterans

home_joinMore veterans live in California than in any other state. According to the Department of Veterans Affairs, there are an estimated 22-million veterans in the U.S., more than 1.8-million of whom live in the Golden State.

Many veterans struggle with things like post traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injuries, depression and economic difficulties when they return home.

That’s where the Purple Heart Foundation comes in.

The non-profit organization helps veterans receive medical and emotional care after their service. It also helps to clear up problems with benefits. But the services of the Purple Heart Foundation are not just for those veterans who have received a Purple Heart. The organization serves all military veterans.
