The autobiographical coloring book is full of whimsical drawings and witty sayings that illustrate Apfel’s unlikely journey from textile executive to fashion darling and style savant. Narrated in her unmistakable voice, the premium, oversized book includes 16-pages of special places and signature sayings from Iris’s 98-years.

IRIS The Coloring Book is available for $45, and each copy sold will benefit fashion students at The University of Texas at Austin. The University’s Division of Textiles and Apparel offers an immersive learning experience–UT in NYC–conceived, curated and led by Iris, who also serves as Visiting Professor. Thanks to travel scholarships funded by book sales, students will spend a week with her in Manhattan, learning firsthand from designers, merchants and retailers from across the industry.
