Monster Energy truly pulled out all of the stops with the launch of its new flavor: Ultra Fantasy Ruby Red! Come along as Coast to Coast heads to Venice, California, to check out this exciting launch, complete with 3D art and augmented reality!
It was evident that creativity was key at this launch, as it featured a 12-foot statue of an Ultra Fantasy Ruby Red Monster Energy can with quite the origin story of falling out of the sky and landing on Abbot Kinney Blvd!
With art featured by Pinky Taylor, this interactive statue was also complete with a QR code that took guests into the immersive world of augmented reality. Guests were able to participate in a hands-on experience through just the use of their smartphone!
“Monster Ultra is all about street art, graffiti, and giving back to the artist community, so we thought we’d try something cutting-edge with the AR technology and also bring it back to our roots with one of our original artists,” exclaimed Monster Energy’s Director of PR & Communications, Ross McDonagh.
