California Life’s Monique Soltani got the chance to visit Fiscalini Farms in Modesto, California, to learn more about the company’s award-winning cheese.
Fiscalini Farms has been an innovator in the industry for four generations. John Fiscalini says they can trace their families roots back to Switzerland in 1705 as dairy farmers and cheese makers.
The farm has acquired multiple awards that range from The Capital to Oprah’s O List. The cheese is recognized all over the world, but what John Fiscalini is most proud of is his three children who are all interested in coming back to work on the farm.
