Take your pampering to new ‘Heights’ this Spa Week!

Spa Week has arrived!

Now through Sunday, October 23rd, dozens of top spas across California, along with hundreds more throughout the U.S., will be offering luxurious treatments like massages and facials (normally $100-$500) for just $50!

A member of the California Life team visited Massage Heights in Rancho Penasquitos, which is offering three 60-minute Spa Week specials: Deep Tissue Massage with Hot Stone Therapy, Swedish Massage with Reviving Foot Scrub and Anti-Aging Facial with Skin-Enriching. It was tough to choose just one, but she opted for the Swedish Massage with Reviving Foot Scrub and was definitely not disappointed!

Like all of the services Massage Heights offers, the massage was customized to her needs. Her therapist responded instantly if she asked for more pressure, or less, and even suggested some stretches she could do to address the ever-present knots in her back and shoulders

Her treatment also came with complimentary  Aromatherapy (which is free with your first massage or facial). There were five blends of essential oils to choose from: “Relax” (Lavender, Sweet Orange and Ylang-Ylang), “Breathe” (Eucalyptus, Lavandin and Peppermint), “Energize” (Rosemary, Sage and Basil), “Revive” (Lemongrass, Tea Tree and Lavender) and “Relieve” (Seaweed, Menthol and Wintergreen).

Since she was nursing a cold, her massage therapist recommended “Breathe,” and it definitely helped!

Massage Heights’ Retreats are open 7 days a week, from early to late, and they offer 60-, 90- and 120-minute custom massage sessions, as well as 30-minute targeted treatments. You can also opt to enhance your visit with Aromatherapy or “Elevations,” such as Revitalizing Face Massage or Hot Stone Therapy.
