The Griffith Observatory Price is Always Free

It’s one of Southern California’s most popular attractions. A place where you can see stars every night. And the best part is, admission to the building, grounds, and parking at the Griffith Observatory is always FREE!

The Observatory first opened in 1935, and it operated continuously until 2002, when it closed for major renovations. It reopened in 2006 after $93 million in upgrades, and truly is a national treasure.
