Highlights from the Motor Bella Auto Show

Jason Rzucidlo is back at the M1 Concourse for the Motor Bella Auto Show!

This new event is sponsored by the Detroit Area Auto Dealers, the same company that puts on the North American Auto Show every year.

At the show, goers could participate in test drives, giveaways, and also tune into hear about the future of mobility with speakers talking about all new electric vehicles. One such company was General Motors who came with their Hummer EV, which will be ready for driving in 2024.

Ford also came to show off their 2022 Expedition Timberline SUV. Coming in hot with a new exterior, upgraded tires, and a heavy duty skid plate, this new car is ready to take on a lot off-roading. They also introduced their Ford F-150 Lightning, their all electric pickup truck. The sleek name of “Lightning” has a double meaning, as it can also be a power source for your home in case of an outage.

Toyota rolled in with their 2022 Tundra pickup truck. This full-size truck comes with two engine choices and a lot of high tech gadgets on the inside.

The 2022 Lincoln Shinola Aviator and 2022 Lincoln Navigator made an appearance as well.

“We’ve added a lot of great technology,” says a Lincoln spokesperson. “Including active glide which is the first for Lincoln which is our hands-free technology first for Lincoln. And Lincoln enhanced over-the-air software updates so now the vehicle gets smarter over time.”

Even Nascar driver Austin Hill was at the show to sign autographs and give out t-shirts.
