The holiday shopping season officially kicked off today, with millions of Black Friday shoppers hitting stores across the country, looking for good deals.
According to GOBankingRates.com, two-thirds of people return at least one holiday gift. So, the leading personal finance website ranked return policies at 31 major retailers and stores based on six key factors that make returns easy and customer-friendly.
Based on these rankings, GOBankingRates identified the 10 retailers with the best return policies, and the 5 retailers with the worst return policies.
