This homebuilding philosophy is called The New House by RSI. It starts with the homes intentional design using an environmental mindset – utilizing material and minimizing waste. Then, engineers use precision built manufacturing to prepare, plan and execute the home.
The New House is currently available in eight floor plans, ranging from 1,200 to 2,548 square feet, and can be customized in a variety of ways. From the exterior stucco finishing to the interior flooring, homeowners are able to customize everything up to the actual framework of the home.
The New Homes range from $89,000 – $148,000 plus lot preparation fees. Even with these fees, many families have found that investing in The New House is more cost effective than adding on or remodeling their old homes.
