Health benefits of adding seafood to your diet

Whether or not you like seafood, there is no denying it is an important component of a healthy diet.

The USDA and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recently released new dietary guidelines, recommending that all Americans eat at least 2 to 3 seafood meals a week, to improve heart and brain function. Eating seafood can also help you maintain a healthier weight.
