If your new years resolution to lose weight is losing steam, we may have the answer why.

Eating less, leaves you hungry all the time and that sets us up for a vicious cycle of craving, feeling hungry, and when you’re hungry, no amount of willpower will keep you from grabbing something you’re not supposed to have.

You need the right combination of foods. High fiber carbohydrates, healthy fats, and an optimal protein intake so your appetite is under control. And the best thing to do is to find healthy, filling recipes that you can use over and over again.

“I have a beautiful Thai Peanut Bhudda Bowl here, Bhudda bowls are in right now because they’re chock-full of goodies, and we have some spiralized veggies here, It’s a great swap for pasta, I’m a huge pasta fan. And we have some healthy protein which helps to keep the hunger grounded,” Health Coach Jennifer Iserloh explained.
