Indoor cycling is one of the most popular workouts around. In fact, many celebrities like Kate Hudson, David Beckham and Olivia Wilde swear by it.
A Southern California fitness studio has found a way to put a new spin on spinning. PedalSpin Studio combines stationary bikes with a nightclub atmosphere, complete with low lighting and pumping music.
The first PedalSpin location opened in Montrose back in 2008. Since then, they’ve opened studios in Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, South Pasadena and most recently, Palm Springs.
After a successful 10 years benefiting participants across Southern California, Pedal Spin Studio is proud to announce that they are expanding! The new facilities will be complete with updated space for their staple training modality of indoor cycling which includes a DJ booth, updated lighting and sound.
New resistance training will be offered in the new 3000 square ft. facility housing a custom black turf and indoor beach sand, as well as TRX training. The staff is also looking forward to teaching members their exclusive heavy bag boxing.
