It’s not everyday you hear the words “barbecue” and “healthy” in the same sentence.
But the folks at Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que have accepted that challenge, and recently launched a new menu that turns old Southern recipes into new healthy cuisine!
The new menu features items like pulled chicken “Smokehouse Sliders,” braised southern greens and a smoked salmon salad.
California Life’s Brent Weber put on his bib at the Victoria Gardens location in Rancho Cucamonga to put it to the test.
