“We’re proud of who we are, what we stand for, and so long as we’re staying true to ourselves and bringing community and family together, that’s what we’re about,” explains Justin Lopez, Stonefire Grill Marketing Director.

The concept is simple — deliver the highest-quality food and highest-quality customer service.

The idea for StoneFire Grill came to founder, Mary Harrigan in the early 90s. She saw the opportunity in takeout, to act as a second kitchen for families and to provide quality food at reasonable prices. Taking a risk paid off for Mary Harrigan and her family. First established in 2000, StoneFire  has transformed into an industry leader. With 10 restaurants in operation now, it’s no surprise this newest edition is well-received by the local community on Crenshaw Boulevard.

“Everything is made from scratch, with fresh ingredients, we don’t bring in anything pre-made. Our desserts are all baked fresh in the morning. What we’re most famous for is our mesquite-grilled tri-tip, ribs, and fish. Over the years, we’ve also turned towards incorporating healthy items to the menu to compliment these signature dishes.”
