Shu is the Head Sommelier and CFO at Prodiguer Brands, which privately create and own some of the world’s finest wines & spirits, like Champagne Maurice Vendôme, Maurice Vendôme Rare Brut and Juliet Immaculate Vodka.
He has also written a book, China Through a Glass of Wine, about China’s emerging wine culture and how California wines have been a big influence.
