Master sommelier shares secret behind record-breaking bottle of champagne

He was a self-made millionaire by the age of 25, and he sold the most expensive bottle of champagne in history. And that’s just a snippet of what Noel Shu has accomplished.

Shu is the Head Sommelier and CFO at Prodiguer Brands, which privately create and own some of the world’s finest wines & spirits, like Champagne Maurice Vendôme, Maurice Vendôme Rare Brut and Juliet Immaculate Vodka.

He has also written a book, China Through a Glass of Wine, about China’s emerging wine culture and how California wines have been a big influence.
