Alex Bowman took the checkered flag for just his second time as a NASCAR professional. The Tucson native was no stranger to the track and the area as it is a drive he’s made many times from his childhood home in Arizona. Bowman sheds light on the pressure he faces as a NASCAR driver and dishes out gratitude to his entire team.
Overall, it was a very clean race with only one slight crash and cooperative weather. We also hear from spectators on their thoughts about the event and we get an idea of the sights and sounds that surrounded it. Fans even got a live country music performance headlined by rising star, Chase Bryant– what a classic time at the speedway.
